Nelson Global Products Acquires Morton Industries

Nelson Global Products today announced that it has acquired the assets of Morton Industries and its affiliate Bradley Services.

Nelson Global Products, formerly known as Global Tube, is a designer and manufacturer of exhaust components and tubes used in emissions, coolant, heating, air intake and exhaust handling applications for medium and heavy duty trucks and off-road vehicles, with operations in Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Wisconsin, China, India and Australia.

Morton Industries is a provider of tube assemblies and machined components to the off-road market.  Morton Industries will continue to serve customers under the leadership of its current President, Chris Ober, and his experienced management team.  It is Nelson Global Products’ second acquisition this year.  Nelson acquired the exhaust business of Cummins Inc.
