Ox Engineered Products (“Ox”), based in Constantine, Michigan, is a leading specialty manufacturer of structural sheathing and thermal insulation building products. Ox serves both residential and commercial end markets across the U.S, leveraging strategically-located Midwest facilities in Michigan and Illinois. Ox’s innovative products deliver a strong value proposition for customers both on cost and performance. 

Wind Point acquired Ox in February 2018. Our value creation plan includes expanding geographic scope for customers and builders, investing in new product capabilities, and completing add-on acquisitions.

Wind Point acquired Ox in partnership with industry veteran Dave Ulmer. Previously, Dave served as President and CEO of The Tapco Group and led the organization in CEO and COO roles for over 15 years.
