Kathy joined Wind Point Partners in 2025 as the Director of Value Creation – Technology, where she collaborates with deal team professionals, Executive Advisor Partners (EAPs), CIOs and technology partners to identify opportunities and execute initiatives that accelerate value creation across the firm’s portfolio companies. Her focus spans digital transformation, IT strategy, cybersecurity and scalable enterprise solutions designed to drive both operational and financial performance.

Kathy brings over 25 years of technology leadership experience, serving as Chief Information Officer at prominent CPG companies such as Republic Brands, SureFit Home Decor and Geneva Watch Group. In these roles, she led large-scale digital and ERP transformations, implemented global cloud strategies and built high-performing teams across IT, data and infrastructure. Earlier in her career, Kathy was a Management Consultant in Ernst & Young’s ERP practice, where she worked with Fortune 500 clients on enterprise technology implementations and process optimization.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Kathy is also a passionate mentor to emerging technology leaders and was recently named a finalist for the 2025 Chicago CIO of the Year ORBIE Award.
