Nathan joined Wind Point in 1997. He currently serves on the boards of Central Moloney, Envera Systems, MOREgroup, Nelson Global Products, Pavion, Vertex and Voyant Beauty. Previously, he served on the boards of America’s PowerSports, Aurora Plastics, Citadel Plastics, Interface Performance Materials, Kleinfelder Group, Marshfield DoorSystems, RailWorks, Taylor-Wharton International, United Subcontractors, Valicor Environmental Services and Vision Ease.
Prior to Wind Point, Nathan was an Analyst with the Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions departments of ScotiaMcLeod (now Scotia Capital Markets). Nathan holds a BA in philosophy from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
