Kristen joined Wind Point in 2024 as the Director of Value Creation – Finance. She works closely with deal team professionals, EAPs and CFOs to identify areas of opportunity and execute initiatives to accelerate value creation for the Finance function across the portfolio companies.

Prior to Wind Point, Kristen was in Consulting at RSM, Berkeley Research Group and FTI where she focused on the Office of the CFO and leading complex, event driven finance transformations. Kristen started her career at GE where she completed the Financial Management Program at GE Capital and then held a variety of Finance roles at GE Oil and Gas. Kristen graduated from The College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Chemistry.
