Wind Point Announces Promotions
Chicago, IL, June 7, 2017 – Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of Konrad Salaber and David Stott to Managing Director, and Joe Lawler to Principal. Additionally, LeAnn Kilarski, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, has been granted the additional title of Chief Operating Officer. These promotions not only add strength to Wind Point’s leadership team but recognize the outstanding work by each of these individuals that has contributed to the overall success of the firm.
Konrad Salaber joined Wind Point in 2004 as an Associate. Prior to joining Wind Point, Konrad was an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of A.G. Edwards. Konrad holds a BSBA in finance and accounting and a BA in English from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was a Canfield Private Equity Fellow. While at Wind Point, Konrad has maintained focus on business services and consumer products and currently serves on the boards of Dicom Transportation Group, Nonni’s, St. George Logistics, and Valicor.
David Stott joined Wind Point in 2004 as an Associate. Prior to joining Wind Point, David was an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Citigroup. David holds a BBA in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan and an MBA, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was a FC Austin Scholar. While at Wind Point, David has maintained focus on consumer and industrial products and currently serves on the boards of Gehl Foods, Nelson Global Products, Pelsis, and Vee Pak.
Joe Lawler joined Wind Point in 2009 as an Associate. Prior to joining Wind Point, Joe was an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of William Blair & Company. Joe holds a BS in economics and finance, summa cum laude, from Boston College and an MBA, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Joe currently serves on the boards of Evans Food Group and Knape & Vogt.
LeAnn Kilarski joined Wind Point in 2000 and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. LeAnn is a CPA and holds a BA in accounting from Michigan State University.
